Qualifications

• Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines.
• College level reasoning, math, and language skills.
• Time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, orientation, training, coaching and performance reviews for the Front Office staff.
• Empower staff to deliver exceptional guest service and meet department budgets.
• Prepare annual departmental budget reflecting hotel operations and margins.
• Ensure standards and brand expectations are upheld by all front desk team members.
