Embassy Suites Scottsdale is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive new business and maintain key accounts. You will negotiate contracts, present proposals, and develop long-term relationships with clients to maximize hotel revenue and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating wedding packages and events, creating BEOs and timelines, and collaborating across departments to deliver a WOW guest experience at every opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel on occasion.
• Excellent leadership and customer relations skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales or catering within hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and event management.

Responsabilités

• Manage group and catering accounts to maximize business potential.
• Negotiate contracts to meet revenue goals and document all details.
• Present on-site and in the field to prospective clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities in food & beverage, room upgrades, AV, lighting, and spa services.
• Develop long term relationships and drive repeat business.
• Create wedding packages, menus, and proposals.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs, event timelines, and resumes within deadlines.
• Coordinate marketing tactics and events for weddings and groups.
• Provide exemplary client support and follow up on inquiries.
