Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking an Event Concierge to serve as the central liaison between Event Sales/Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This role requires deep knowledge of hotel facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

You will play a visible, guest-focused part in coordinating special requests, ensuring seamless meeting experiences and exceptional service across multiple events and venues.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (approx.. 25 lbs.)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
