Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Event Manager to oversee Event Sales bookings from contract turnover through completion, serving as primary liaison between clients, planners, and hotel operations. You will coordinate food & beverage selections, AV, billing, and develop Banquet Event Orders, with on-site presence to ensure flawless event execution.

The role requires meticulous organization, exceptional communication, and experience in wedding or social events; strong teamwork

Competenze

• Hotel event planning experience required (wedding/social preferred).
• Strong understanding of meeting space operations, event logistics, and banquet coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with Envision, Opera, or similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for clients after the booking phase, building strong relationships and ensuring all event details are captured and executed.
• Coordinate internal departments (F&B, Banquets, AV, Rooms, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of group programs and meetings.
• Conduct pre-planning site tours, wedding tastings, pre-event meetings, create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and manage group resumes.
• Maintain accurate event files, timelines, and records in accordance with brand standards.
• Resolve any event-related issues with professionalism, urgency, and client focus.
