Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a polished Butler to deliver personalized, anticipatory service to discerning guests at our luxury property in Las Vegas. The role requires VIP recognition, impeccable etiquette, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license.

You will assist with dining, beverages, wardrobe services, excursions, transportation, and special-event support, while upholding the highest standards of discretion and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering personalized service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, Mandarin a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong professionalism, grooming, etiquette.
• Ability to anticipate guests' preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide personalized and anticipatory service attending to guests' needs and preferences.
• Ensure guest rooms and suites are prepared and maintained, including turndown service.
• Assist with dining arrangements, serve meals, and offer personalized dining suggestions.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to guests' preferences.
• Offer concierge services including excursions, transportation, spa appointments, and other requests.
• Assist with clothing and wardrobe management including packing and laundry.
• Identify and recognize VIP and returning guests, ensuring preferences are met.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests and anticipate needs.
• Adhere to etiquette and professionalism, maintaining discretion.
• Assist with planning special events and celebrations for a flawless experience.
• Maintain well-organized service areas and stock supplies.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and timely resolutions.
