Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state.

• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and long-term care operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of programs aligned with governing body guidelines.
• Drive QAPI initiatives to improve quality and performance.
• Manage census growth, occupancy, and fiscal performance.
