FullShift Staffing is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality resident care while mentoring department managers.

The role emphasizes leadership in a collaborative environment, regulatory readiness, and strategic operational excellence in a permanent/direct-hire capacity.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or long-term care experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Serve as the facility's Compliance Officer, promoting ethical practices and regulatory readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care while meeting standards.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, surveys, and licensing requirements.
