Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum two years of healthcare leadership or long-term care experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Serve as the facility's Compliance Officer, promoting ethical practices and regulatory readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care while meeting or exceeding standards.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, surveys, licensing requirements, and other regulatory documentation.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and regulators.
