Job summary

Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing facility with a focus on resident-centered care, safety, and quality. The role directs operations, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while collaborating with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners.

The LNHA will oversee budgets, census goals, and performance metrics, ensuring adherence to CMS and state regulations, and will promote a culture of accountability

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LNHA license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state nursing facility regulations and survey processes.
• Experience managing staff, budgets, quality initiatives, and facility operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational management of the nursing facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS, state Department of Public Health, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain a strong culture of resident-centered care, safety, dignity, and quality.
• Lead and support department directors, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical, operational, staffing, and quality metrics and implement corrective action.
