Pavilion Management Company is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the daily operations of a long-term care facility in Ohio, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and delivering quality resident care.

The Administrator will direct operations, work with the leadership team, and maintain a positive, compliant environment while focusing on census, fiscal health, and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in health administration preferred.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates and directs the overall operation of the facility and its programs and activities.
• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates and directs the facility's programs in line with governing body guidelines.
• Identifies facility KPIs with the Director of Nursing and department heads.
• Establishes a system to monitor KPIs such as QA/PI processes.
• Evaluates KPI outcomes with department heads and initiates actions as needed.
• Coordinates with the Business Office Manager to maintain fiscal health of the facility.
• Develops census and occupancy strategies to improve census and fiscal health.
• Represents the facility publicly and with professional audiences, delivering clear messages.
• Leads management team meetings to discuss priorities and solutions.
• Maintains positive relationships with residents, staff and families through regular interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
