Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Advisor to lead end-to-end engagements, shaping strategic direction and delivering measurable outcomes for clients. You will operate at C-suite levels alongside Managing Directors, building trusted relationships and advancing the strategic agenda.

You will identify new commercial opportunities, contribute to proposals and pricing, and design AI-enabled learning operating models that drive business performance in an AI-enabled workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment, with demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading client engagements at senior levels, including C-suite stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements, setting strategic direction and overseeing delivery quality.
• Operate at senior client levels (CLO, CHRO, SVP Talent) alongside MDs, shaping strategic agenda and partnerships.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within accounts, contributing to proposals and pricing models.
• Design and architect learning strategy solutions that are scalable and deliver business value.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to drive business performance.
• Lead diagnostics and needs assessments, developing transformation roadmaps grounded in data.
