You’ll operate as an internal executive search partner, owning searches from profile development and deep market research through candidate engagement and close.

• 6+ years of recruiting or executive search experience.
• Experience in venture-backed or high-growth tech settings.
• Strong research and market-mapping capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into leadership profiles.
• Experience mapping organizational structures and reporting lines.
• Proactive, discreet, able to handle confidential searches.
• Proven track record hiring Director/VP/C-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end leadership searches (Director, VP, C-level).
• Partner with executives to translate needs into profiles and strategies.
• Lead market-mapping strategy for each search.
• Identify non-obvious candidate pools and engage passive candidates.
• Serve as trusted advisor to hiring executives with market intelligence.
• Design and drive disciplined search processes.
