Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify top talent across all functions, with a focus on post-sales roles like Deployment Strategist. You will build and cultivate talent pipelines, close candidates quickly, and partner with in-house recruiters and hiring managers to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team.
• Experience in a high-growth, early-stage startup.
• Proficient in targeting, approaching, and closing passive candidates.
• Proficient in relationship management among candidates, teammates, and hiring managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Target active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels with sophisticated search techniques.
• Screen resumes and pre-screen candidates to determine their qualifications.
• Successfully close candidates with speed and accuracy against hiring goals.
• Partner with other in-house recruiters and hiring managers to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Regularly nurture high-quality prospects through long-standing relationships.
• Drive sourcing strategies to build consistent, diverse, and high-quality talent pipelines.
