Peregrine Search Solutions in New York seeks a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the firm’s recruitment strategy across Shareholder Advisory, Strategic Communications and Sustainability, uniting global teams and shaping the talent brand.

You will oversee recruitment activity across regions, partner with regional leaders, report headcount, and drive scalable, high-impact hiring processes in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruitment experience in finance or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Implement best-in-class recruitment standards across the firm globally.
• Source, screen, and hire talent aligning with headcount goals and growth strategy.
• Source and map executive and senior talent in niche advisory markets.
• Communicate changes to recruitment technology and processes across a global organization.
• Oversee global internship program and partner with regional People Team members to attract, develop, and retain junior talent.
• Work with the Chief People Officer to report on recruitment activity and overall headcount.
• Provide data and support to Global Leads and C‑Suite regarding inorganic growth opportunities.
• Enhance the reputation as a leading Shareholder Advisory firm in the region and globally.
