Job summary

Amplify in the United States is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead critical senior‑level hiring across technical and non‑technical disciplines.

In this role, you will own the full‑lifecycle search strategy for a broad range of leadership positions including Director, Senior Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and C‑suite roles spanning functions such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on executive search (VP level and above).
• Demonstrated track record recruiting senior leaders within Education Tech or closely aligned tech-enabled industries (Enterprise SaaS, HealthTech, HRTech).
• Proven experience placing senior executives across technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and non-technical (Sales, Marketing, People, Operations, Finance) roles.
• Executive presence with the ability to advise C-suite executives and board stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of complex executive compensation packages, including bonuses, equity structures, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for VP and C-level roles across technical and non-technical functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders, offering market insights, compensation benchmarking, and talent mapping.
• Leverage networks and inclusive channels to build diverse executive candidate slates.
• Lead high-touch candidate engagement from outreach through offer creation and negotiation of equity packages.
• Track industry trends and talent movements across EdTech and broader technology sectors.
