Job summary

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner in the United States to advance leader and team capabilities within a lean, consultative Leadership Development team. You will work with HR and business leaders to scale development, coaching, and healthy organizational work.

You will diagnose leadership and team effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and coach executives using ICF-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness using data-driven methods.
• Design and deliver bespoke development experiences aligned to business outcomes.
• Coach executives using ICF-based methodologies and frameworks.
• Share insights across Meta to inform enterprise-wide practices.
• Partner with HR to scope, align, and maintain trusted engagements.
• Support change efforts during large-scale transitions and AI shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver bespoke development experiences grounded in diagnosis and business impact.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to executives using ICF frameworks and evidence-based approaches.
• Transfer best practices across Meta and maintain an enterprise-wide perspective.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on intake, scoping, and alignment.
• Connect leaders to the broader People Development ecosystem and growth programs.
• Support organizational change, including AI transformation, through leadership capability.
• Stay current with research and emerging practices in leadership development.
