Florida Blue is seeking an senior Health Services Analytics leader to define the North Star for analytics, align priorities with Health Services Operations, and implement a unified operating model. You will oversee KPI dashboards, data transformation, and cloud modernization while driving AI-enabled analytics and cost/quality improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science or business, or related work experience.
• 15+ years of healthcare analytics or enterprise analytics leadership.
• 8+ years in senior leadership overseeing analytic teams.
• Experience designing analytics operating models.
• Strong executive presence to influence cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the North Star for Health Services Analytics as a distinct operating engine with capabilities and proving metrics.
• Lead phased implementation of the North Star vision including architecture, governance, and strategic roadmap.
• Establish a unified analytics operating model with common intake, prioritization, and data product strategy.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive KPI inventory and the Unified KPI & Operating Performance Dashboard.
• Build the standardized transformation layer and migrate analytics to modern cloud-based solutions.
• Shift work toward advanced analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and predictive modeling; develop AI enablement roadmap.
