Job summary

001_BCBSA Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association seeks a Product Strategy Lead to define and drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of advanced healthcare data analytics. This role fuels AI‑enabled capabilities and intuitive product experiences for payers and providers, guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring HIPAA/SOC2 compliance.

You will own end‑to‑end product lifecycle, translate market needs into features, and partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing on go‑to‑market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, life sciences, computer science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in product management delivering healthcare data products; payer/provider/pharmacy analytics incl. claims data.
• Experience leading AI, ML, advanced analytics, data platform, or agentic product capabilities; cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, data science, compliance and security.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the healthcare analytics portfolio.
• Align product development with market trends, customer needs and strategic priorities.
• Own the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Translate business and market needs into actionable product features and analytics solutions.
• Ensure product solutions are differentiated, value‑driven and aligned with customer outcomes.
