Job summary

Florida Blue Group seeks a visionary Vice President of Health Services Analytics to drive data-driven performance across operations. You will shape the analytics engine, unify data products, and lead AI-enabled insights with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related work experience.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, actuarial science, data science, or enterprise analytics leadership.
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing analytical teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing analytics operating models.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the North Star for Health Services Analytics and articulate future-state capabilities and metrics.
• Lead phased implementation of North Star vision including governance, roadmaps, and maturity assessments.
• Establish a unified analytics operating model with a single data product strategy and governance framework.
• Design and maintain a KPI inventory and a unified dashboard for Health Services Operations.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics, automation, and predictive modeling initiatives across engines.
