You will shape workforce strategy, governance, and execution while partnering with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders to meet ambitious growth and quality goals. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in leading large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, with a track record of optimizing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record managing large, remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background with licensing and regulatory awareness in multiple states is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Direct staffing and capacity management for over 450 care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality patient engagement and outcomes across operations.
