Fuze Health seeks an accomplished executive to lead Call & Clinical Operations at a scale of hundreds of agents, ensuring compliant, high-quality patient interactions across a 24/7 operation. The role oversees a distributed workforce spanning multiple sites and partners with compliance, legal, and product teams.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in executive roles within clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, with a pharmacy background preferred and a track record of improving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing large, remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) operating in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Regulatory compliance experience with State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA, and other authorities.
• Strong change management capabilities and stakeholder alignment across Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies to balance cost, service, quality and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team; harmonize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards across operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with senior leaders to align Launch timelines with execution readiness.

Education

Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field
