Sedgwick is seeking a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to lead a team that delivers enterprise intelligence across client life cycles. You will shape analytics strategy, build governance foundations, and deliver actionable insights that align with business needs.

You’ll partner with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to translate performance into stewardship, renewal, and ROI narratives, while guiding the analytics journey and ensuring governance across data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Analytical and interpretive skills are essential for success.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and investments.
• Establish data and governance foundation, including entity hierarchy, mappings and metric definitions.
• Build actionable insights, translating complex multi-account structures into trusted rollups and metrics.
• Drive client value and growth by partnering across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee client relationship management enterprise solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for BI, contact management, and client base analytics.
