Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP of Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct a team delivering enterprise analytics insights across multiple accounts and policies. You will shape the analytics strategy, build governance foundations, and translate complex data into actionable leadership insights for stakeholders.

You will partner across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to drive client value, retention, and growth while overseeing budgets and analytics delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred and ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team providing visibility into the life cycle of client vision from an enterprise intelligence perspective.
• Lead analytics strategy and roadmap for Carrier and Captive analytics aligned with business and client needs.
• Establish data and governance foundations for analytics, including hierarchy, mappings, definitions, and integration with enterprise data.
