Sedgwick is seeking a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to lead a team delivering enterprise analytics across client life cycles. You will shape the analytics strategy, governance, and storytelling that informs decisions and drives growth.

You will partner with Operations, Client Services, Finance and Marketing to translate performance into stewardship, renewals, cross-sell, and ROI narratives. A strong leader with a track record in data governance, analytics, and enterprise BI is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college preferred; 10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and strategic analytics capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the analytics strategy and roadmap for Carrier and Captive analytics.
• Establish data governance foundation including entity hierarchy and metric definitions.
• Translate complex multi-account data into actionable insights and dashboards.
• Partner with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to drive ROI narratives.
• Oversee a team and client relationship management enterprise solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for BI and client base analytics.
• Present insights to business leaders and manage budgeting.
