Sedgwick seeks a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct a team focused on enterprise intelligence across client visions and policies. You will shape the analytics strategy, governance, and actionable insights to support growth and stewardship.

The role partners with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to translate performance into ROI narratives and strategic direction for business intelligence. This position emphasizes leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, aligning to business and client needs.
• Establish data and governance foundation for analytics, including entity hierarchy and metric definitions.
• Translate complex multi-account structures into trusted rollups, metrics, and decision tools.
• Use analytics to drive client value and growth across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee client relationship management enterprise solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for BI, contact management, and client base analytics.
• Present engagement analytics to business leaders.
• May oversee budget management for the business area.
