Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to lead a team delivering enterprise analytics across client life cycles. You will shape the analytics strategy, define data governance, and produce leadership insights from multi-account and multi-policy structures.

Partner across Operations, Finance, and Marketing to drive value and renewals. Ideal candidates have extensive leadership in analytics, strong communication, and a track record of building scalable BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Strong leadership and strategic analytics experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex data governance and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Establish data governance foundations and metric definitions.
• Translate multi-account structures into actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing.
• Direct a team and oversee enterprise BI initiatives and client solutions.
• Present insights to senior leadership and manage budgets.
