Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a dynamic VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct a team delivering lifecycle analytics for client vision from an enterprise intelligence perspective. You will set the strategy, govern data foundations, and produce leadership insights across multi-account structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities.
• Establish data governance foundations and integration with enterprise data and IT initiatives.
• Translate multi-account, multi-policy structures into actionable metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to drive client value and growth.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics, pipeline, and client relationship management analytics.
• Provide strategic direction for business intelligence and client base analytics.
• Present insights to business stakeholders and manage budgeting for the area.
