Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct a team delivering visibility into client lifecycle analytics from an enterprise intelligence view. You will shape strategy, governance, and insights that drive client value and growth.

You will partner across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to translate performance into stronger stewardship and ROI narratives. A strong leadership background and mastery of analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap; set priorities and investments.
• Build data and governance foundations for analytics; integrate with enterprise data and Finance.
• Turn complex multi-account structures into actionable metrics and insights.
• Collaborate across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to drive client value.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee client relationship management enterprise solutions and BI direction.
• Present analytics results to business stakeholders; manage budget expectations.
