Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a senior production operations leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of experiential and live event projects. The role spans planning through execution, ensuring resources are allocated on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, partner with client accounts, and drive production schedules, supplier management, and budget reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• 9–11+ years of relevant, increasing operations experience.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Deep understanding of the experiential landscape with a track record of delivering projects from ground up.
• Confidence to present to senior clients and craft nuanced written communications.
• Capable of navigating tough issues and influencing outcomes toward a solution.
• Ability to foresee issues and develop proactive solutions.
• Comfortable working as part of a dynamic team and contributing to a collaborative culture.
• Demonstrates a solution‑oriented mindset and can inspire others.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale project teams for events from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with account teams to meet client objectives and budgets.
• Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $2–4M+, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Create production schedules and run of show timelines with key deliverable dates.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships across audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, and technology.
• Quality control and pricing structures for projects.
• Lead multiple workstreams, define team structure and staff for current and forecasted projects.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure timely response to needs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Production team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with company values.
• Contribute to business development for new revenue opportunities.
