Job summary

THE·TEAM seeks a senior leader for its Experiential team to drive end-to-end production of complex live programmes. You will translate client objectives into feasible scopes, plans, staffing, schedules and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

You will manage large multi-disciplinary teams, partner networks and vendor commitments while maintaining safety, compliance and robust financial controls. Hybrid or remote work policy applies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in experiential, live event or integrated production, with agency background.
• Deep production fluency across technical, scenic, fabrication, venue, labour and onsite operations.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production and operations for complex experiential programmes and live events.
• Translate client objectives into scopes, plans, budgets and contingency strategies.
• Oversee multiple teams, allocate resources, and maintain delivery standards.
• Own project financial management including forecasts, variances and vendor commitments.
• Build and manage a network of production partners while upholding standards.
• Set production risk, safety and compliance, with on-site escalation protocols.
• Present recommendations to senior clients and cross-functional leaders.
• Grow the department by improving processes, tools, and resourcing.
