WINGERS Restaurant & Alehouse in Pennsylvania is seeking a Kitchen Manager who will lead the kitchen during solo shifts and ensure high standards of quality and service.

You will recruit and train a cohesive team, maintain food safety, manage inventories, and control costs within budget, while upholding WINGERS standards.

This salaried role requires 2+ years supervisory and 3+ years cooking experience, fluent English, and a passion for great food.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Minimum of 3 years as a cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Fluent English; reading and writing competency.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lb.
• Able to stand for up to 6 hours.
• Must have a great attitude and smile.

• Schedules kitchen and controls labor costs within budget.
• Ensures QA standards and proper training.
• Responsible for overall food safety and sanitation.
• Works on line during peak periods and for prep as needed.
