Qualifications

• Physical requirements include ability to speak and hear, good vision, color identification, and clear communication.
• Must be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must work standing for long periods and handle stress with composure.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and cook product to create amazing experiences for our guests.
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items according to standardized recipes.
• Ensure quality of products, adhere to portion sizes, cooking methods and kitchen rules.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations.
• Prepare and portion food items prior to cooking according to standard portions and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and equipment.
• Perform temperature checks and proper food handling.
• Follow plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Close the kitchen properly and assist with closing duties.
• Attend meetings and contribute improvement suggestions.
• Other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
