• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Minimum 3 years as a cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Positive attitude and passion for great food.
