Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Fluent in English; reading and writing skills required.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lb.
• Able to stand for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead on shift, models staff behavior.
• Ensure food quality is uncompromised and consistent.
• Maintain professionalism in actions and appearance.
• Assist GM; recruit, train and maintain a cohesive team.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
• Manage food cost within budget.
• Handle inventories, ordering and receiving products.
• Enforce Wingers standards and procedures.
• Oversee scheduling and labor costs within budget.
• Ensure QA standards and corrective actions.
• Responsible for overall food safety and sanitation.
• Work on line during peak hours and for prep as needed.
