WINGERS Restaurant & Alehouse is seeking an Assistant Manager who can act as the on-shift leader, uphold food quality, and model professional conduct. You will assist the GM, recruit and train staff, and maintain a cohesive team across all shifts.

The role requires ensuring kitchen cleanliness, managing inventories and costs, and maintaining QA and safety standards. A passion for great food and a strong team spirit are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Fluent in English with reading and writing skills.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lb.
• Able to stand for up to 6 hours.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Love and passion for great food.

Responsibilities

• Be the leader on shift, model expected staff behavior.
• Ensure uncompromised, high-quality food.
• Maintain professionalism in actions and appearance.
• Assist the GM, recruit, train, and maintain a cohesive team.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
• Manage food cost and inventories within budget.
• Oversee scheduling and labor costs within budget.
• Ensure QA standards and food safety compliance.
• Work on line during peak meal periods and prep as needed.
