Job summary

Simplex is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to deliver high-touch, executive-level support in a hybrid Austin setting. You’ll manage Mac/Windows endpoints, Okta identity, Jamf enrollment, and Zoom/AV for the C-suite, while upholding HIPAA-conscious security and SOC 2 alignment.

This role partners with IT and Security to enhance automation and user experience for on-site and remote users. Local candidates will provide concierge, proactive communication, and seamless onboarding/offboarding for

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial IT systems support beyond the help desk.
• Hands-on Okta administration experience is required.
• Experience with Jamf and macOS environments, plus strong Windows experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT liaison for the C-suite with white-glove support.
• Administer and support Mac and Windows for onsite and remote users.
• Manage identity and access in Okta across systems.
• Own onboarding/offboarding including equipment provisioning and account setup.
