Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT/support or related field.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS devices.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM.
• Experience with AD and Entra ID.
• Experience with Intune and SCCM; Apple device management workflows.
• Ability to anticipate needs and improve support with AI/tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and M365 apps.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software across devices and peripherals.
• Deliver high-touch, executive-focused support onsite, remote, and hybrid.
• Use analytics, automation, and AI tools to prevent issues.
• Document processes and create end-user guidance and training.
