Empresa Confidencial in Detroit invites an IT Specialist to join our global technology team. You will be the operational engine behind the US employee tech experience, delivering top-tier support for Windows and macOS devices and cloud apps across a diverse user base.

You’ll handle incident resolution via our ITSM platform, assist executives, deploy hardware, and contribute to process improvements with a focus on automation and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on IT support, service desk, or corporate IT operations.
• Proficient troubleshooting across Windows and macOS and cloud apps (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).
• Degree or certification in IT or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and executive IT support via ITSM platform and VIP assistance for leadership.
• Configure, deploy, and decommission hardware (macOS/Windows) and manage user provisioning in M365 and Google Workspace.
• Troubleshoot connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN), AV meeting systems, and collaboration tools.
• Document processes and seek opportunities for automation.
