Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an IT Analyst II to deliver white-glove technical support for diamond and platinum care users. The role focuses on executive-level assistance, rapid issue resolution, and proactive management of confidential information.

You will support Windows/macOS devices, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms, while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to security policies. This position offers hybrid work in the Charlotte, NC area.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years IT support, executive support, service desk, or desktop support experience.
Experience supporting senior executives, VIP customers, or leadership teams.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Windows 11/macOS.
Experience with mobile device management (iOS and Android) and collaboration/conferencing tech.
Familiarity with IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

Provide high-touch technical support for executives and VIP stakeholders.
Act as primary point of contact for executive technology issues and escalations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and conferencing problems.
Coordinate executive onboarding, moves, travel support, and tech setup.
