Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a high-touch IT support specialist to serve C-suite executives and VIP users in our Atlanta office. You will handle on-site and remote support for computers, mobile devices, and collaboration tools, ensuring quick resolution of diverse issues.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IT support across multiple disciplines, familiarity with macOS, Windows, and O365, plus relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience / certifications.
• 3+ years of IT support experience or equivalent education / certifications.
• IT certifications such as A+, Network+, MS-900, Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive on-site and remote technical support for executives and VIP users.
• Identify and resolve issues across computers, mobile devices, phones, and collaboration tools.
• Provide first and second level support for client/server, application, connectivity, and endpoint issues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, applications, and service desk teams as needed.
• Support executive meetings, conference room tech, Teams, and video conferences.
• Field IT support calls and tickets; onboarding tasks and project work.
• Research, document and perform advanced troubleshooting; asset management and network operations.
