• Provide in-person technical support to senior executives and their staff.
• Log and track incidents, requests, and tasks in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on laptops/desktops.
• Configure and support smartphones/tablets, including personal devices.
• Set up home networks and coordinate with internet providers as needed.
• participate in after-hours on-call rotation for executives, with some 24x7 coverage.
• Identify recurring issues, document as problems, and escalate appropriately.
• Work within incident, request fulfillment, and problem management processes.
• Serve as the technical link between IT groups and the business, suggesting improvements.
