Indiana University Capital Campus in Washington, D.C. is seeking an Onsite Support professional for Executive and Internal Technology Support (EITS).

This in-person role provides frontline IT support to executives, manages devices, and ensures secure, reliable system operation at the DC location. You will configure and deploy executive computers, support meetings and travel, coordinate with Network Infrastructure, and maintain asset records with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 2 years of technical computing support experience.
• Experience with executive support and on-site IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for executive technology needs.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and replace executive devices.
• Provide on-site and remote support for meetings and events.
• Prepare technology for executive travel.
• Coordinate with Network Infrastructure and IT teams.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and configuration records.
• Assist with access control, MFA, and security policy adherence.
• Operate autonomously as the DC location on-site IT specialist.
