Job summary

Dalio Family Office (DFO) seeks an IT Services professional to deliver high-quality support across the organization, ensuring security and reliability. You will partner with the IT leadership to roll out new capabilities, provide executive support, and manage on-call rotations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of IT support, strong customer service, and familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, cloud platforms, and ITIL-like frameworks, with a proactive, security-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years IT support in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, and iOS.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT frameworks preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Okta, Zscaler).
• Interest in emerging tech like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or other generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent day-to-day IT support for the DFO.
• Support service delivery and stakeholder management.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist rollout of new or improved IT capabilities.
• Provide executive support, including meeting readiness and on-site/off-site tech support.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
