Job summary

Dalio Family Office is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to lead end-user technology support, endpoint management, and identity administration across a global workforce. You will partner with UAE-based teams to provide follow-the-sun coverage and ensure compliant, secure IT operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS/IS and 3+ years in IT operations, with hands-on Jamf experience and Okta/Entra ID knowledge. Hybrid work environment, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field, with 3+ years IT operations experience.
• Experience managing macOS with Jamf; patching and compliance reporting.
• Experience administering Okta; SSO, group-based access, lifecycle workflows, MFA policies.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid identity environment.
• Experience supporting collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Atlassian.
• Global/remote support across time zones; travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for IT support with triage and resolution.
• Collaborate with UAE and Singapore IT teams to deliver time-zone aligned support.
• Manage macOS endpoints via Jamf; support Windows via Intune as needed.
• Administer identity and access management through Okta and Entra ID.
• Provision/deprovision access to SaaS apps including Slack, Atlassian, Figma, AI tools.
• Enforce endpoint security standards and patch management; remediate non-compliant devices.
• Support secure connectivity for office and remote users (Wi-Fi, Zscaler, Tailscale).
• Assist with IT and cybersecurity incident response activities; coordinate with Security Engineering.
• Support ISO 27001 operational controls and audit evidence collection.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT services and regional tooling.
• Contribute to cross-regional IT projects and produce runbooks and SOPs.
• Provide white-glove support to senior leaders and assist at critical events.
