Job summary

The Dalio Family Office is seeking an IT Service Associate to provide high-quality, dependable IT support to its stakeholders. You will help identify trends, suggest technical changes, and manage IT risks as part of a small, dynamic team.

Responsibilities include day-to-day IT support, assisting service delivery leads, troubleshooting hardware and software, and delivering proactive executive support for priority stakeholders, with on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 3+ years IT support experience in a fast-paced environment with focus on end-user experience and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 11, macOS and iOS environments.
• ITIL or similar frameworks experience preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Okta, Zscaler or similar technologies.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent day-to-day IT support for the DFO.
• Assist the IT Service Delivery Lead and Head of IT with service delivery and stakeholder management.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the end-user level.
• Collaborate with the IT team to roll out new or improved IT capabilities.
• Provide proactive executive support including meeting readiness and device preparedness.
