Job summary

Dalio Family Office in the United States is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to lead regional end-user IT support, endpoint management, and IAM across global teams.

You will partner with UAE and Singapore teams, manage macOS via Jamf, Windows via Intune, and administer Okta/Entra ID while maintaining security and compliance. This hybrid role requires strong communication and incident handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in IT operations, end-user support, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS environments with Jamf, including device management and patching.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for IT support with triage and ticket hygiene.
• Partner with UAE and Singapore IT teams to deliver global support.
• Manage macOS via Jamf and Windows via Intune.
• Administer Okta and Entra ID for SSO and access control.
• Provision/deprovision access to Slack, Atlassian, and approved tools.
• Enforce endpoint security standards and patch management.
• Support secure connectivity for office and remote users.
• Assist with IT and cybersecurity incident response activities.
• Support ISO 27001 controls and audit evidence collection.
• Travel up to 15%.
