Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years IT support experience in professional environment.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS and iOS environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT frameworks preferred.
• Interest in emerging tech including AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for the Dalio Family Office.
• Support service delivery lead and manage stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to roll out new capabilities.
• Provide executive support, including meeting readiness and device prep.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
