Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC, seeks an IT Operations professional to provide white-glove technology support for Executive Leadership, Operating Council members, Board of Directors, and Executive Assistants across devices and collaboration platforms.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement, support, and maintain executive-facing technology solutions, applying strong analytics to resolve issues and improve service delivery, onboarding/offboarding, and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven track record in governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Experience providing executive-level technology support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technology operations for assigned systems or services with independent supervision.
• Owns defined processes, develops standards, runbooks, and governance patterns.
• Leads components of larger initiatives, plans, designs, and implements solutions.
• Analyzes tools and processes, evaluates emerging technologies, and implements improvements.
• Provides technical guidance and coaching through design reviews and troubleshooting.
• Translates requirements into practical implementation plans and recommendations.
• Collaborates with vendors and adjacent teams for integration and design alignment.
• Monitors metrics and logs to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Acts as technical contact point for vendors and partners on solutions.
• May perform incident response and participates in disaster recovery and business continuity.
