Provides white-glove technology support for Executive Leadership, Operating Council members, Board of Directors, and Executive Assistants, ensuring a secure, reliable, and seamless technology experience across devices, collaboration platforms, communication services, and executive‑facing technologies. Collaborates with internal technology teams and vendors to implement, support, and maintain technology solutions that enhance executive productivity and business continuity. Applies strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve complex technical issues, improve service delivery, support executive onboarding and offboarding activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of executive technology services, operational processes, and technology standards. Works independently while building strong partnerships across teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service, confidentiality, and operational excellence.
