Job Summary

The Executive Technology Support Specialist provides dedicated, high-touch technology support to executive leadership within the Dallas administrative office. This onsite role serves as a trusted technology partner to senior leaders, ensuring that technology issues are resolved quickly, professionally, and with minimal disruption to executive productivity and business operations. The position supports a broad range of executive technology needs and is expected to independently manage high-priority and highly visible issues, anticipate potential needs, and coordinate with internal support teams and external vendors to deliver timely and effective solutions. Success in this role requires strong technical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a customer-focused mindset. The individual must be comfortable interacting with C-suite leaders, supporting executive meetings and events, and providing assistance in situations that may require flexibility, urgency, or occasional travel.

Essential Functions of the Role
  • Provides dedicated, onsite technology support for executive leadership and other designated senior leaders within the Dallas administrative office.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for executive technology issues, maintaining ownership from initial request through resolution.
  • Supports and troubleshoots executive technology across computers, mobile devices, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, connectivity, collaboration tools, conference room systems, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Prepares, tests, and supports technology for executive meetings, presentations, leadership sessions, and other high-profile events, including providing discreet in-meeting support when needed.
  • Anticipates executive technology needs and proactively identifies recurring issues, risks, equipment concerns, and opportunities to improve the support experience.
  • Manages high-priority and time-sensitive issues with limited direction, appropriately assessing urgency, business impact, and required response.
  • Partners with internal support teams, engineering groups, application teams, information security, telecommunications, and external vendors to resolve complex issues and deliver timely results.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with executive leaders and their administrative teams regarding issue status, anticipated resolution, follow-up actions, and potential business impact.
  • Documents incidents, requests, resolutions, equipment information, and recurring issues in accordance with established support processes.
  • Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion when working with executive communications, devices, meetings, schedules, documents, and other sensitive information.
  • Assists with the setup, replacement, deployment, and lifecycle management of executive technology equipment.
  • Develops familiarity with executive work preferences, commonly used technologies, business priorities, and support expectations while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve support processes, technology standards, documentation, equipment readiness, and the overall executive technology experience.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in responding to urgent needs outside of normal routines and provides occasional travel support when business needs require it.
  • Represents the technology organization with professionalism, accountability, responsiveness, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Success Factors
  • Several years of experience providing end-user, desktop, field, or executive technology support in a corporate or similarly complex environment, with executive or C-suite support strongly preferred.
  • Broad experience supporting computers, mobile devices, operating systems, enterprise productivity tools, collaboration platforms, conference room technology, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Experience working in healthcare, another regulated industry, or a highly visible executive support environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrates executive presence, discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior leaders.
  • Provides a highly responsive, customer-focused support experience while remaining calm, organized, and attentive to detail during urgent or highly visible situations.
  • Works independently, anticipates needs, takes initiative, and maintains ownership of issues through complete resolution with limited direction.
  • Builds strong partnerships across internal technology teams, executive administrative teams, business partners, and external vendors to influence outcomes and deliver results.
